West Bridgford is our administration centre and from here appointments are arranged for both the West Bridgford and Ruddington clinics.

Public Transport

Mike Brownlow and Sir Steve Redgrave

Mike (pictured right) and Sheila co-own the practice and oversee the delivery of Physiotherapy services to Private and NHS patients, plus Elite athletes based in Nottingham and Worldwide at competitions.

Our business attempts to offer patients the opportunity to schedule their appointments around their busy lifestyles and as such offer evening and weekend appointments to allow this.
